HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

All our items are shipped out separately unless you buy two or more of the same thing. Currently we have a deal on meaning delivery is FREE of charge!

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can track your order status in real time by checking the shipping confirmation email sent within a week of your purchase or by clicking the Track Order tab. You can also contact us directly at support  (see contact page) to check the status of your order.

After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our four fulfilment centers where we will ship your items within 3-5 business days (processing). Below are the expected delivery times.

Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Usually 2-3 weeks. Due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery. (We ship from Warehouses around the world)

If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support. (see contact page)

If your order hasn't arrived within 90 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER? 

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
